She was predeceased by: her parent Archie Robert Long; and her brother Michael Long. She is survived by: her parent Vivian Louise DeLay Long; her husband Edward Harold Payne of Pawleys Island; her children, Craig Payne (Angie) of Tennesse, Chad Payne and Karie Osler (Birk) of Goose Creek, SC; her sisters, Robbie Lapin (Rod) and Shelia Spradling; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Dalton, Skylar, Cherokee, Reid, Ashley, Brayden and Stone; and her great grandchild Kyra.
