It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Libby Smith Cox (Pauline, South Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on October 20, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Lynn Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Jack Smith Jr. (Carol) of Pauline, SC, Jimmy Smith (Vicki) of Pauline, SC and Tonya Smith of Pauline, SC; her grandchildren, Maddox Smith and Gavin Smith; her nieces and nephews, Yorkie and Rocky; and her stepsons, Donald Starnes of Boiling Springs, SC and David Starnes of Hawaii.
