Bolen, Sr., Johnny R. Bolen, Sr. (Rose Odom), Lonnie L. Bolen, Sr. (Tammy) and Susan L. Williams (Franklin); his grandchildren, Steve A. Bolen, II, John Mackyle Bolen, Hampton Leroy Bolen (Kaci), Donald R. Bolen, Jr., Princess Judyann, Johnny Ray Bolen, Jr., Juliette Bolen, Lonnie L. Bolen, Jr. (Nicole), Katie E. Bolen, Annabelle G. Bolen, Eugene Lawrence Peele, Jr. (Ashley Williams, Jr.) of Franklin, Ethan Harold Peele, Matthew Noah Williams and Raylan Luke Williams; and his brothers, George Bolen and Duris O'Neal Bolen. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
