He is survived by: his spouse Rozanne Ayers Campbell; his children, Mark Campbell (Lisa), Greg Campbell (Cathy), Sallie Koon (Terry), Tara Yongue (Brett) and Holly Gamble (Rob); his grandchildren, Kira Campbell, Camden Yongue (Emily), Cody Campbell, Samuel Campbell (Dani), Rebekah Wadley (Ken), Peyton Kimball (Chris), Zachary Koon (Emily), Madison Snell (Preston), Brogdon Gamble (Emily), Cole Campbell and Luke Gamble; his great grandchildren, Campbell Koon, Athena Campbell, Claire Yongue, Rose Wadley and Carter Snell; his sister Betty Jo Campbell Sims; his children, Ministries and P. O. Box; and his caregivers, Wanda, Sherry, Bea, Nita, Loretta, Pat and Joanne.
