He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartow Haltiwanger and Carrie Lee Haltiwanger; and his wife Carolyn Till Haltiwanger. He is survived by: his daughters, Caroline Haltiwanger Marcus (Stuart) of Orangeburg and Brenda Haltiwanger Stroud (Milton) of Elloree; his granddaughters, Taylor Marcus Cooper (Miles) of Orangeburg and Laurice Brittani Rosier of Charlotte, NC; and his great grandchild Wells Harrison Cooper.
