He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Cobbs; and his son Ricky Cobbs. He is survived by: his children, Linda Felder (Marvin) of Orangeburg, Sandra Lee (Samuel) of Newborn, Georgia, Frank C. Cobbs, Jr., Thomas Cobbs, Sr. (Valerine), John Cobbs (Linda), Tyrone Cobbs (Kathy) of Orangeburg and Kevin Cobbs (Anjelica) of Summerville; and his sisters-in-law, Lillie P. Haigler of Orangeburg and Virginia Staley. He is also survived by twenty-one great grands, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
