He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cain and Ruby Bush Cain; his parents-in-law, Furman Cramer, Sr. and Lurline Cramer; his siblings, Alice Shuler, Nathaniel Cain, Bobby Cain (Jeanette) and Harry Cain; and his siblings-in-law, Furman Cramer Jr. and Vera Shuler.
He is survived by: his friend Delano Middleton; his wife Joanne Cain; his children, Constance Cain of Houston, Leonarde Cain (Jenniferr), Syetta Franklin (Derrick) of Columbia and Calvin J. Cain of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Justin Williams, Lendrianna Cain, Jaylen Stroman, Jordon Franklin, Cameron Cain, Chance Cain, Lauryn Franklin, Nobel Thompsonel and Noah Cain; his siblings, Billy Cain, Carolyn Sanders-James (Trevor) of Port Orange, Palmer Felder (Harry) and Harriett Shuler (late Willie) of Orangeburg; and his siblings-in-law, Jerome Cramer of Orangeburg, Michael Cramer of Seattle, Gregory Cramer of Columbia, Mary Owens (Samuel) of Orangeburg, Lavern Tyler (Clinton) of Orangeburg and Theresa Zimmerman (late Robert) of Orangeburg. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
