She was predeceased by: her husband James; and her siblings, Franklin F. Kinsey, Jr., Jim Kinsey and Mary Ann Harley. She is survived by: her children, James S. Clifton, III of Summerton and Linda C. Smith (Skeet) of Gilbert; her sisters, Nell K. White of Irmo, Betty K. Barber of Irmo, Patsy K. Hooker of Irmo and Barbara K. King (Ronald) of Lexington; and her siblings-in-law, Pam Kinsey and James Harley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
