She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonso Fields and Essie Brown-Fields; her brother Alan O. Fields, Sr.; and her nephews, Alan O. Fields, Jr. and Marshawn Green-Williams.
She is survived by: her close friend Lester "Pookie" T. Johnson; her daughter Amarah Aaliyah Johnson of Orangeburg, SC; her grandson DeMauri C. Hilliard of Orangeburg, SC; her brothers, Donald Fields (Michelle) and Gregory Fields (Karen) of Moncks Corner, SC; her uncles, Melvin Brown and Edward Lee Jamison, Sr.; her caregivers, Nicole Mack and Mae Margaret Bookard; and her close friends, Tylisha J. Glover, Tomseanor Jackson-Shuler, Evangelist Tammie Wideman and Angel Fersner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and co-workers.
