With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alma Haynes (Orangeburg, South Carolina), who passed away on July 28, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayford Hampton and Lucinda Taylor Hampton; her husband Raymond Haynes; and her siblings, Raymond Hampton, Wade Hampton, Vernell Smith and Mildred Fersher-Bovian.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Haynes, Chanta Haynes of Orangeburg, SC and Alicia Haynes of Orangeburg, SC; her grandchildren, Rodriquez Haynes, Rigule Haynes, Ariana Wilson, Skye (Colter), Steven Baxter, Seth Garvin, Sage Garvin and Summer Jones; her daughter Yolanda Hampton; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Hampton of Atlanta, Barbara Haynes of Winston Salem, NC, Diana Haynes Miller of Winston Salem, NC and Janet Haynes of San Antonio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
