He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bogely Gratz and Mabel Helen Coverstone. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Gratz of North Charleston, SC; and his children, Jeff Gratz (Liz) of Batesville, IN, Greg Gratz (Cathy) of Taylors, SC, David Gratz (Robin) of North Charleston, SC, Terry Gratz of Acworth, GA and Monica Beebe (Rob) of Summerville, SC. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and eleven great- grandchildren.
