He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Selby and Ilene Selby (Rumler); his sons, Ronald Allen Selby and Steven Selby; and his grandson Jeremy Selby.
He is survived by: his children, April Benkiel (Chuck) of Streamwood, Phillip Selby of Springfield, Kelley Gibson (Tim) of Alexandria and Angela Shomper (Bradley) of Sumter; his sisters, Nancy Patterson of Cape Girardeau and Edith Buden (Stan) of Goofy Ridge; and his wife Cassie. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
