Though Harry Austin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Harry Austin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Austin Leming, Sr. and Betty Layfield Leming. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his son Jason Leming (Jackie) of Summerville, SC; his granddaughters, Carson Leming of Summerville, SC and Kayla Seiffert of St Louis, MO; and his brother Al Leming of Danville, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc. (2180 Greenridge Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park (7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406).
Memorials may be made to National Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.
