George Wendell left this world on February 4, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Williamson and Julia Williamson; and his sisters, Eunice Sellers and Blanche Collins. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sons, Dale Williamson of North Charleston and Mack Williamson (Phyllis) of Moncks Corner; his grandchildren, Ryan Williamson (Casey) and Tiffany Craven (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Daniel, Cooper Craven, Caleb Williamson, Joshua and Jacob Long; and his sister Becky Cooper of Conway, SC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Funeral Home (7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
