It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Strickland (Nichols, South Carolina), who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Numer Watts and Fronnie Ransom Watts; her son Jimmy Strickland (Sandra); her husband A. G. Strickland; and her siblings, Wilford, James, Eugene Watts, Franky Huggins, Clara Bell Herring and Betty Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Strickland (Pam) of Little River, Bebe Harrelson (Rudy) of Nichols and Cynthia Elliott (Terry) of Nichols; and her grandchildren, Jay Strickland (Kelly), Shannon Hornsby (Roger), Jamie Strickland (Tabitha), Holly Keane (Jesse), Chase Strickland (Brooklyn), Stan Harrelson (Sheila), Brett Harrelson, Rhett Harrelson, Jason Elliott (Shawn) and Joey Elliott (Leslie).
We respectfully request that you wear a mask and practice social distancing while in the presence of others at the cemetery.
