She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Blake Mincey and Berline Hooks Mincey. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Lynn Parker (Kelsey) of Nichols and Stacie Michelle Phillips (Perry Wayne Phillips) of Timmonsville; her brother Armond Mincey of Nichols; her grandchildren, Nicholas Preston Phillips, Addison Rebekah Phillips, Tori Kaye Phillips, Bradley Wayne Phillips, Alicia Marie Phillips, Chloe Grace Parker and Graham Powell Parker; and her great grandchild Sullivan James Bruno.
