He is survived by: his parents, Everette Phillips and Vera Cannon Phillips; his wife Daphene Phillips; his children, Josh Phillips (Tracy) of Albemarle, NC and Heather Howard (Jay) of Conway, SC; his grandchildren, Will, Jaxon and Lawson; and his siblings, Terry Phillips of Nichols, SC, Toni Phillips of Little River, SC and Marilyn Allen (Leamon) of Loris, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
