He is survived by: his wife Judy Rowe of Myrtle Beach, SC; his children, Christina Klinger (Bryan), Robert Rowe, Jr. (Laurel) and Shelly Neuman (John); and his siblings, Dawn Nogay of Stuart, FL, Reginald Rowe (Bonnie) of Plattekill, NY, Holly Baker of Dillon, SC, Timothy Baker of Havertown, PA and Marsha Palladino (Nick) of Wallkill, NY. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
