He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mae Johnson; his children, Cheri Hunter (Joe) of Newberry, SC, Ann Daniels (William Mack) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Cynthia Batts of Virginia Beach, SC and Phillip Batts of New Bern, NC; his grandchildren, William Brandon Daniels of Myrtle Beach, SC, Whitney Daniels of New York, NY, Alyssa and Ryan Batts of New Bern, NC; his great grandchild Brielle Batts of New Bern, NC; and his sisters, Isadell Beatty and Marion Miller of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ocean View Funeral Home (1212 Carver St, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577).
