He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve John Gatzulis and Frances C. Flory Gatzulis; and his sister Elaine Zile. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Gatzulis of Myrtle Beach, SC; his children, Shiloh Birky (Ricky Preslar) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Tim Gatzulis (Karen) of Ohio; his siblings, Cindy Henderson (Rob) of Vandalia, Ohio and Danny Gatzulis (Diane); his granddaughters, Ariel, Rachel and Elizabeth; and his close friend Carl Plummer (Dawna).
