He is survived by: his wife Margarette June Queen Blair; his daughter Kristy Blair Billingsley (Terry Cobb) of Mountain Rest; his grandchildren, Wesley Billingsley (Leigh) of Clayton and Blake Billingsley (Emily) of West Union; his great grandchildren, Ivy Billingsley and Weston Billingsley; his sons, Mark Compton (Tammy) of Westminster and Scott Billingsley Clayton (Carla); and his brothers, Frank Stanley Blair (Carla) of Pendleton and Kenneth Ronald Blair (Alice) of Seneca. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
