She is survived by: her parent Fannie Elizabeth Russell Webb; her children, Billy Owens (Irene) of Long Creek, Wayne Owens of Long Creek and Joyce Owens (Fred) of West Union; her grandchildren, Michael Owens, Raymond Owens and Joan Owens Carver (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Cohen Timothy Carver and McKinleigh Eve Carver; and her son Earl Owens.
