He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Belle Stanton Crenshaw; and his parent Emory Nix. He is survived by: his parent Seavy Mae Creech Nix; his children, Billy Crenshaw (Lisa), Martin Eugene Nix, Steven Alan Nix (Penny), Janice Crenshaw Gunnin Wilson, Teresa Nix O'Neil (Timothy) and Melanie Nix Fowler; and his grandchildren, Heather (Paul), Tiffany (Nathan), Tara (Jason), Timothy, Cayce, Shawn (Gretchen), John (Jennifer), Jason (Ashley) and Amy (Scott). He is also survived by five children; and twelve great-grandchildren.
