He is survived by: his parents, Teresa Crooks Belcher (Willie) and Brian Campbell (Jill); his siblings, Colt Campbell (Julie), Christopher Damron (Amber), Brady Campbell (Kristina), Vicky Stilwell (Josh) and Iris Campbell; his grandparents, Thornton, Shirley Crooks, Sandra, Tom Norman, Gerard and Jane Campbell; his nieces and nephews, Asia, Clay, Jason, Karsan, Jaxsan, Jackson, Kinsleigh, Colton and Hannah; and his friends, Corey Daugherty and Christine Watkins.
