She is survived by: her husband Randall Lowery; her children, Roddie Lowery (Kay) of Walhalla and Anita Joyce of Atlanta; her siblings, Milton Blackwell, Eugene Payne, Doug Payne, Ricky Payne, Diane Lusk, Gaynell Rogers, Cindy Turpin and Teresa Cook; her grandchildren, Jared Lowery (Tasha) of Mountain Rest and Mikella Lowery of Walhalla; and her great grandchild Savannah Nicole Lowery of Mountain Rest.
