She was predeceased by: her husband Ray E. "Zeke" Phillips; her parents, Donald Parker Matheson and Telia Orr Matheson Graham; and her stepfather Rev. Linton Luther Graham. She is survived by: her son Donald Ray Phillips (Shelby) of Mountain Rest, SC; and her sisters, Hazel Smith of Mountain Rest, SC and Dorothy DuBose Alexander of Seneca, SC..
