He was predeceased by: his wife Vera James Justice of Mountain Rest; his parents, Calup Justus and Inez Wilson Justus; and his siblings, Hershel Justice, Rosco Justice, Harry Justice, Florine Melton, Raynell Turner, Leaonia Burrell and Patricia Justice.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Justice (Debbie) of Walhalla, SC, Stanley Justice Seneca (Angie), Randel Justice of Mountain Rest, Keith Justice (Kelly) of Seneca and Cynthia Poston (Ken) of Walhalla, SC; his grandchildren, Bradley Justice, Steve Poston, Keaton Justice, Bailey Blackwell, Adam Justice and Amy Justice; his great grandchildren, Jordan Justice, Isiah Justice and Trevor Poston; and his siblings, Clayborn Justus, Dennis Justus, Beulah James, Eva Lena Keith, Kathy Land and Marsha Lee.
