He is survived by: his mother Pauline Walker Musgrove of Georgetown; his son Jackson Slaybaugh of Mt. Pleasant; the mother of his child Elizabeth Slaybaugh of Mt. Pleasant; his father Ed Slaybaugh (Deb) of York Springs, PA; his sisters, Penny Melton of Wilmington, NC and Michelle Slaybaugh of Gettysburg, PA; his cousins, Karen Elizabeth Corieri (Robert) of Georgetown and Bethany Corieri of Georgetown; and his uncles, Robbie Walker of Georgetown and Ben Walker of Georgetown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and other special cousins.
