He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Horton Smith; his daughters, Amanda Smith (David White) of Waco, TX and Cheryl Honaker (Gary) of Lincoln University, PA; his granddaughters, Jillian Honaker and Amy Honaker; and his stepchildren, Patti Madden (Tim) of Limerick, Ireland, Jackie McMahon (Sean) of Spartanburg, SC, Nancy McDowell (Danny) of Campobello, SC and Robert McMurtrie of Canon, GA. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren, 14 step-great grandchildren.
