She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Haskell A. Flowers and Margaret L. Davis Flowers; her son Barry L. Wilkerson; her granddaughter Miranda Faye Moran; her husband Carl R. "Sonny" Wilkerson, Sr.; her sons, Carl R. "Bobby" Wilkerson (Susan) of Greenville and Michael G. Wilkerson (Linda) of Moncks Corner; her daughter-in-law Laurie C. Wilkerson of Moncks Corner; her sister Doris Tanner of Chesapeake; and her grandchildren, Michael G. Wilkerson, Jr. (Heather), Tracy Wilkerson Mills, Krystal Smith (Will), Tiffany D. Wilkerson (Heather), Jamey Wilkerson (Lauren) and Jansson Wilkerson (Heather). She was also cherished by eight great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
