He was predeceased by: his parents, David Paul Banks and Ruby Lou Durden Banks; and his brothers, Thomas Elliot Banks, Jimmy Edwin Banks and Eddie Durden Banks.
He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Nicole Rosier of Moncks Corner, SC; his grandchildren, Jadalynn Judd, Reagan Nicole Rosier and Morgan Leigh Rosier; and his siblings, David Lewis Banks (Suzanne) of Johns Island, SC and Janie Lou Banks Buesing (Charles) of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
