He is survived by: his children, Dyeretta M. Fashion and Bridgette J. Fashion; and his grandchildren, Kevin Joy, Keith Joy, Charlene E. Forrest, Herbert O. Elliott, Jr., Patrice L. Fashion and Quentin T. Fashion. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
