He is survived by: his wife Edith Flagler; and his children, Michael Flagler (Priscilla), Barbara Flagler, Mary Flagler, Jeffrey Singleton (Venus), Gregory Flagler (Carla), Emmanuel Flagler (Shanteola) and Dwayne Flagler. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great, great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
