He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stringer and Hester Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Debra R. Hall (Louis) of Moncks Corner and James E. Stringer (Arlene) of Summerville; and his stepchildren, Kathy Call of Daytona, FL, Patsy Steerman of Goose Creek, Cathy Green (Miles) of Ridgeville and Dwight Potter of Iva, SC. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
