It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Marion Kirk Jr. of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Marion Kirk and Videau Legaré Beckwith; and his sister Videau Kirk Simons. He is survived by: his wife Lindy; his children, Mary Alston Kirk and Robert Marion Kirk (Martha); his grandchildren, Nathanial Oliver, William McKay Smith, Willa Anne, Francis Marion and Vada Kirk of Virginia; his niece Videau Katherine Ferebe Simons; his nephew Kirk Simons (Laura); his brother-in-law John Beck (Martha); and also Alston Osgood Wolf.
