He was predeceased by: his parents, Nailon Blair and Dorothy Blair. He is survived by: his wife Mary H. Blair; his daughters, Tamiko Lewis (Stanley) of Simpsonville and Tia Blair of Simpsonville; and his siblings, Patrick Blair of San-Diego, Roger Blair of Utica, Janet Blair of Utica and Ingrid Blair of Rochester. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
