He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Howell and Lynn Howell; his sister Lydia; and his grandparents, Diane Howell, Lorene Campbell, Emory Howell Jr. and Dwight Campbell. He was also cherished by his aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
