He is survived by: his parent Pauline Freeman; his son Sammy Lynn Freeman (Caryn); his grandchildren, Samuel "Garrett" Freeman (Katie) and Savannah Deal Freeman (Seth); and his siblings, Evelyn Taylor, Nora McCraw, Margie Jones (Raymond), Rodney Freeman, Joan Perzak (Ted) and Carol Satterfield (Gerald).
