It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Genell Omigie of Mauldin, South Carolina, born in Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard, Sr. Davis and Nannie Lee Davis; her children, Aja "Paris" Posey of Greenville and Dominque Simmons of Greenville; and her siblings, Gracie Davis of Greer, Harriett Ann Davis of Atlanta, Ann Maria Yeargin of Detroit, Michigan, Ricky Dawkins (DeDe) of Gaffney, Kenneth Dawkins (Virginia), Leonard Posey, Jr. of Greer, Frank Davis (Veronica) of Gaffney and Charles Anthony Davis (Donna) of Travelers Rest, SC. She was also cherished by five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Due to Covid 19, the family will not be accepting visitors at this time.
