He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, H. T. Goldsmith and Fannie Griffin Goldsmith; his wife LaMuriel Goldsmith; his children, Bonita Douglas of Durham, NC, Brenda Shaw of Zebulon, NC, Robert Goldsmith of Atlanta, GA and Levern Goldsmith of Simpsonville, SC; and his sister Louise McDaniel of Simpsonville, SC. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
