He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Jennifer Phillips and Thomas Mueller; his grandchildren, Shannon, Ava, Megan, TJ and Christina; his siblings, Diana, Debbie, Karen, Heidi, Alicia, Marilyn, Henry, Christopher and Kristen; and his aunt Carol. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
