She was predeceased by: her spouse Claude LeRoy Belk; her parents, Ruben H. Jay and Genevieve Galloway Jay; and her son Jon Belk, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Sheila B. Branham (Caliph) of Elgin; her daughter-in-law Wendi Belk of Union; her brothers, Bill Jay (Pam) of Wake Forest, Richard "Ricky" Jay (Menerva) of Lugoff and Randy Jay (Debi) of Lugoff; her grandchildren, Janna Cunningham (Ben), Taylor Stevens (Justin), Caliph Jay Smith (Zach), Jon Belk Jr. (Sarah), Emma Belk and Jackson Belk; and her great grandchildren, Felix Cunningham, Wren Stevens, Maddox Belk and Tatum Belk.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
