It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Blume Goff of Lugoff, South Carolina, born in Blythewood, South Carolina, who passed away on October 2, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Richard and Janie Mattox Blume; her son Preston Henry Goff, Jr.; and her siblings, Maxine Able, Buddy Blume, Robert Blume, Jimmy Blume and Clyde Blume.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Albert (Rusty) of Elgin; her grandchildren, Alex Hall, Tyler Hall, Chelsea Brewer (Jim) and Maggie Williams (Garret); her great grandchild Harlan Brewer; and her sisters, Doris Stroman, Betty Lomas and Frances Forest. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Having been a devoted member of Hillcrest Baptist Church for decades until she could no longer physically attend, memorials may be made here in her honor.
