He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Leroy Jackson and Betty J. Boulware Jackson; his siblings, Elaine Martin and Johnny Jackson; and his pet Snoopy.

He is survived by: his wife Tonya L. Jackson; his children, Kenneth "Joey" Jackson and Christy Brazell (Mark); his grandchildren, Corey Brazell (Aiyanna) and Brooke Campbell (Zachary); his great grandchildren, Easton Brazell, Cash Brazell and Paisley Reign Campbell; and his sisters, Margaret Kelley and Rosalee Stocker (Dennis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
