Fred W. Swanda III Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred W. Swanda III of Longs, South Carolina, who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Fred leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Fred may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Swanda and Therese Swanda; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Becky (Hamm); his daughter Emily; his grandson Leo; and his sisters, Alexis Matrone (Swanda) and Trudy Swanda-Foley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
