With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Darby Garrett of Laurens, South Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Darby and Inez Willis Darby; and her brothers, James Wilton Darby and John Rapley Darby. She is survived by: her children, Rick Garrett (Anita) of Laurens and Kaye G. Roberts (Dwain) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Greg Garrett (April Vogt), Brandi G. Balcome (Brent) and Kayla L. Roberts; her great grandchild Tanner Burns Garrett; and her sister-in-law Shirley P. Garrett.
