He is survived by: his wife Regina Wortman Childers; his daughter Rachel Alyse Clayton (Chase); his granddaughter Lily Rae (Due); his siblings, Betty Sue Traylor, Norma Lee Pridemore (Kyle), Shelbegean Bankhead (Ted), Bonnie "Sug" Anderson and Ronnie; and his pets, Sue, Prince, Callie and Ninja (family: Mable Butler, Billy Butler).
