He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert P. Roth and Edna Patrick Roth; his former wife Charlotte Armstrong Roth; and his siblings, Sammy J. Roth, Albert D. Roth and Lillian R. Jordan.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald D. Roth (Dale), James B. Roth and Sandra R. Bigbee (Billy); his stepdaughter Lynnley D. Ross (Jeff); and his sister Betty R. Ward. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
