He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira E. Bull and Gladys Lee Hellams Bull; his son Chuck Rogers; and his siblings, William Bull, Sr., Richard Bull and Ruth Louise Bull Baggott.
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Fuller and Frankie Fuller (Melody); his grandchildren, Tiffany Lawson (Jeff) and Christopher Fuller (Haley Brena); his great grandchildren, Destiny Spoone, Hannah Spoone and Willow Brena; and his brother Merl Bull. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
