He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Sullivan and Geneva Sullivan (McCleery); and his wife Sallie S. Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Megan Hruska (Steve) of Greenville, SC and Adam James Sullivan of Raleigh, NC; his siblings, Kathy Sullivan of Canfield, OH, Roberta "Birdie" Reinhart (Harry) of Canfield, OH, Mark Sullivan (Jody) of New Middletown, OH, David Sullivan (Sharon) of Canfield, OH, Jody Guthrie (Robert) of Salem, OH and Rebecca Megown (Dan) of Canfield, OH; his siblings-in-law, Brian Kimmel of Burton, OH and Gail "Cookie" Hull (Michael) of Boardman, OH; his grandsons, Tyler Sullivan and Evan Hruska of Greenville, SC; and also Penny. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
